About this property
house built in 2016 with spa
Welcome to the house we built in 2016. Located in a small plot of 7 houses, quiet. The city with its market, old town and picturesque streets is a 10-minute walk away. The beaches and the harbor are also 10 minutes away by car. access to the highway in less than 3 minutes. You will appreciate the large south facing terrace lined with a garden. The house is bathed in natural light all year round. The ground floor consists of a large open room of 40 m2 including living room, dining table and open kitchen. Presence also of a toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with shower and sink. Presence of a large bathroom with bathtub. Finally a toilet completes this floor.
A deposit check of 60 euros corresponding to the household will be requested. If you want to do it yourself, the check will be returned at the end of the household. If you do not want to do this, simply tell us and we will keep the check and clean after you leave.
