Condo is in a good location. Near fifth avenue but quiet. The condo is average with some upgrading needed with the bathroom fixtures and some of the furniture looks a little worn in the living room. The roof deck pool is quiet and nice with comfortable chairs. I would stay here again.

Great place, very well located

The condo was exactly as advertised. Well equipped compared to other condos we have been to. Plumbing in the bathroom a bit old. Besides 36 hours without water ( the whole area had the same issue) everything was good. Carlos from vacasa is very efficient . Responds very quickly to our questions.

Lacking upkeap , mold and mildew , cracks and stains on walls and ceilings.

Mold and mildew is present on most walls and ceilings of both bedrooms, since the showers are there without an circulation system in place.

Do not book warning!!! Bait and switch!!!!

First the property host never emailed the confirmation code to enter ever. I had to call VRBO and my brother had to contact vacasa properties in California to get any response after multiple attempts to contact the host. Are check in was supposed to be at 4 pm however after 30 minutes of waiting patiently with no response we called VRBO and the property management company strictly. Then I received a message that my reservation was cancelled which would have meant I would have lost all the money I paid. Then I was told to disregard the email. Then we received the code to enter. Apon entry I noticed that the pictures did not match the condition of the condo. I have multiple pictures to prove it that are dated with the time. The ceiling had water damage in multiple places. The mirrors were old and damaged a corner bed was broken in the room with the two single bed the sliding door to the patio handle was off and on the TV console. The master bedroom had water damage on the ceiling and mold all over the window curtains. The living room window sill was rotten. The marble floor tiles were cracked and chipped. The cookware had the anti stick coating peeling off of some of the pans.the table inside and outside were missing a chair.the floor was dirty. The toilet clogged and I bought a plunger to fix it. The ceiling fan in the guest room was coming undone and about to fall down which caused me to have to put my kids in a hotel. We got sick from the mold. There was glass in the pool.

The location as i have stayed in this building 3 out of the last 4 years HOWEVERThe host was difficult to get a hold of as the electronic main door to the building was broken and we had to wait until someone came out of the building. Once in we couldn't leave ther building until many calls to vacassa to gain access to the lock box with the key to the building entrance door.Also the Condo Topaz 309 is very tired and neglected. Poorly equipped kitchen but Vacassa did bring a new frying pan and t towels the next day.The ceiling fan in main bedroom was not working, 3 of 4 bathroom lights were burnt out and some of the tiles were cracked and loose in the main room.This condo needs an owner that cares about the property.Lost the internet on our last friday and it was not restored yet on the monday when we left.

Incredible amenities included with the very balanced price. Roof and pool super enjoyable. Laundry room perfect as amenity. All the building was super disinfected and with all the measurements for keeping you safe. You really fell safe.

Quiet Condo by the Beach

Loved the space. Open, bright, private, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Though the couch wasn't appealing. Great location. Close to beach, 5th, restaurants, shopping, everything. Would definitely recommend.
