A beach retreat in Ocean Park with a short walk to the 7-mile beautiful white sandy beach and center of Ocean Park. Relax in a home with beautiful hardwood floors, and a dining area that can seat eight. Enjoy a bright kitchen that is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms – both with walk-in showers. Three bedrooms which include one king, one queen, and two twins. The couch in the living room is a full-size pullout. The primary bedroom is very comfortable with a large room with a king-size bed and TV and also has a lovely sitting room with a private deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper here or cocktails after a day at the beach. You will find every amenity you can think of including high-speed Internet, gas grill, washer & dryer, 32-inch TV with cable & large family room. Lots to do in a wonderful family-oriented vacation area!

A short walk away you will enjoy the center of Ocean Park with an ice cream parlor, penny candy store, breakfast and lunch diner, gift shop, library, tennis courts & shuffleboard. Walk on the beach to nearby Ferry Beach – or for a bit of a longer walk – walk to Old Orchard Beach. Lifeguards on duty in July and August. Relax at a wonderful beach with soft sand. Enjoy some early morning or evening fishing, collecting shells or sea glass.

In addition to the wonderful beach, you will find lots of activities nearby including boating, windsurfing, kayaking, biking, and golf. A short drive will take you along some lovely scenic drives and some famous lighthouses.

There are also a wide variety of amusements including Old Orchard Beach, Funtown/Splashtown Amusement Park, movie theatres, and mini-golf.

Beautiful property

Great house! Fully stocked with toys and books which was wonderful for our three young sons. About 10 minute walk to the beach- but much shorter if you grab a scooter or bike. We had a lovely stay. Hope to come back next year!

Amazing location and rental!

From the moment we pulled into the property we were excited! great looking home inside and out; Close to the ocean and activities! we loved the board games available; the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of space for the kids and great having 2 bathrooms. We just loved it; The kids asked if they could stay longer! The decorating is amazing as well!

Home and location was perfect!

We were in town for a local baseball tournament during Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we arrived we knew the place was going to be great. The home was clean and well organized, the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing as well. The owners Rick and Kristin were always available for any questions and always followed up promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beach get-a-way close to everything!

Location is fabulous! Owners were great and very responsive to all of our needs. House has plenty of room and everything you need to have a great vacation. The desk in the master bedroom is very helpful for a work/play getaway. Kitchen is very well equipped. Only thing I would recommend to make all future stays more comfortable is replacing the main sofa in the living room and adding air conditioners to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Wonderful home and location!

This home is so much more spacious than it looks from the outside. Enough space for a large family - well stocked with kitchen items, games, books, etc. A nice walk (or extremely short drive) down the road to the pretty and fairly quiet local beach, or you can drive about 5 minutes to Old Orchard Beach if you want to be in an area with hustle and bustle. Also very convenient to the highway if you want to head to Portland or other destinations. The booking Kristin and Rich responded to my messages very promptly. I highly recommend this rental and will be staying here again in the future.

Beach days

All was as advertised. Short walk to beach. Many extras that were previously mentioned. Had some hot days for the upstairs but used the pull out bed with air unit close by. Very comfortable. Owners were super accommodating. We did need to purchase extra paper supplies however family of seven.

Nice home in OP.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and accommodated our group of six very nicely. The master bedroom was very nice with an adjoining sitting area and balcony. The kitchen was well supplied. The living room was large with seating for about nine people. We were definitely stay here again. The owners responded within minutes every time we had a question. It was just under a half mile walk to the beach, but we were able to drive when we wanted to because with Covid and this time of year (early September) it isn’t all that crowded.

A must stay

Beautiful little cottage less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. A 5-6 minute drive into town and the main strip. The house has every amenity you might need, and is very clean. My only comment would be the master bedroom really needs a current to separate the bedroom and the attached nook. I had extreme difficulty sleeping in past 5am because the room became extremely bright even with all the shades drawn. But over all a fantastic gem, and a high recommendation from us.

Maine Vacation

Very nice and comfortable home. Walking distance to a nice beach. Not far from town for restaurants, groceries. A couple suggestions would be to replace the caulk in the upstairs bathroom. Also, maybe change check in to 3 or 4 vs 2 with checkout being 10am. We understand challenges getting the place turned over for the next guest but have never stayed anywhere where we have had to wash linens before leaving. Difficult when you have to be out at 10. Otherwise the hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes to cook meals. Overall was well worth the stay. Thank you!

The home was so welcoming. The instructions for entering the home were spot on. Once entered we were pleasantly surprised just how much bigger the home was inside. The rooms were good sizes and accomodated everyone nicely. The water pressure was amazing! We could walk to the beach and ocean center which had a convenient store and ice cream shop. The drive to the amusement park was only about 7 minutes away. I had a question about something and the owners responded within minutes! We will be returning and making this our new yearly tradition. A wonderful home

We were pleased to stay at a well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked with dinnerware and glasses. The only problem we found was reported to you earlier and that was the need to explain where the lock box between the two windows was located (in the garage).

Property owners were a delight. Property was perfectly maintained and equipped. Beach 6 blocks away. Food was wonderful but as with everywhere Covid has taken its toll on the restaurant industry. Too bad we can't educate the uneducated about the benefits of society in general about the vaccines.
