What makes this cottage unique? The three levels for living and enjoying the views, the wrap-around screened porch which faces the afternoon sun, the basement car garage under the house, and the additional lot adjacent on the west side of the house which provides a spectacular gathering place for large groups. Off-street parking and a side yard are unique in this thickly settled beach town. The yard boasts a picnic table, extra chairs and a homemade barbecue pit.

Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this serene cottage provides a welcoming home base. Our Family has owned this cottage since we were children in 1966. It was built in 1920, and we have painstakingly maintained it as best that a vintage cottage of this nature can be maintained. We will be having increasing weeks available as the years go forward, and look forward to sharing this unbelievable treasure with other people.

Ocean Park is a very unique Baptist community. The members of the town are very closely net, and everyone is very considerate of each other.

What makes this property unique

Besides being one of the original cottages in Ocean Park, our cottage features a very unique and enjoyable outdoor shower for returning from the beach or showering from upstairs. It also features a delightful wraparound screen porch to enjoy the sun, starting early in the morning and all the way to dusk. The most precious feature of our cottage is its location only steps from the beautiful white sands of Ocean Park Beach.
