Amazing stay!

Tivoli neighborhood was very close to ocean access the house was immaculate and you could tell it it’s been freshly remodeled. The location is close to anywhere you’d be interested in going whether it’s Destin Harbor or any of the malls and outlets.

This is our second year staying in this unit and we always feel so relaxed and like we're "at home during our stay. The decor is warm and inviting, clean environment and perfectly located within Sandestin.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time location, cleanliness and the home worked great for our family. The six person golf cart topped it off. High chair was a bonus! This home is on the ocean side of Route 98 really no need to go into town. We went to the Wharf several times. Platinum vacations leaves a nice map to get around and plenty of brochures for local entertainment and food and golf. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is stunning! Every online photo was spot on. So clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. You can walk to the beach, but having the golf cart made the trip easier and a lot of fun. The property manager is extremely attentive and easy to contact. What else can I say…it was perfect!!

Great space, amenities and location to the private beach! Golf cart was a blast for the kids and gives way accesses to beach and wharf. Lots of fun hunting lizards, frogs in the golf course and lush landscape for kiddos <6. Pack a jacket--living area gets cool to maintain temps in bedrooms. Plenty of space for 6 adults and kids/toddlers. Publix less than 5 mins away with easy access. Loved this location! Property is great with pool tots/floats and 5 chairs in the garage for use.

Excellent location. Great access to the beach. Golf cart was very handy. Very disappointed with the poor pre-cleaning of our unit. Floors were filthy, cobwebs and dead bugs in windows, burnt on food on stovetop. Poor response from property management.

You declined the service and a partial refund of your cleaning fee was issued. Please note that some of the issues you brought to attention are deep clean items that are addressed during the off season, which begins in September. We have staff on site seven days a week to address any issues that arise, and we prioritize our response to guest concerns.

Nice stay

The house was great and clean it was everything we needed minus kitchen cooking supplies needed to have larger skillets and pots and oven pans more then a cookie sheet. It has enough plates and silverware to feed a small army but 2 little skillets makes it hard to cook anything large for 10 people. It didn’t have mixing bowls either. If you need a great house and eat out on your meals or bring in takeout it’s perfect.

Very nice overall. Too hot in the downstairs master bedroom.

The unit was very nice overall. The golf cart was even bigger than we thought. The house was very close to the beach as well. The only negative was the master bedroom AC. Just like the reviewer posted on 5-31-2021, the master bedroom downstairs does not cool down at all. The issue is still not fixed. It was so hot I had trouble sleeping at night. The rest of the house would get ice cold. Other than this issue, the house was wonderful.

When we sent our maintenance man over during your stay to check it out, the air itself was blowing cold air, but the room is large and has one air vent, so on hot days it can be a little on the warm side in that one room. We had access to several pools, golf cart, fun activities and the beach. Overall 5406 Tivoli is a comfortable, spacious and quiet spot. We enjoyed the visit. I took off a star because upon arrival, the fridge was clean but smelled fishy. Maintenance came right away, but couldn't eliminate the odor. Maintenance also fixed shower and sink slow drains. Great service! The mattresses were zipped up in a plastic cover, which is understandable. But, they could use a thin mattress pad over that because it felt/sounded like sleeping on tissue paper. Also, sound from downstairs carries so much to the open upstairs. If you stay in this townhouse, be sure to bring extra blankets. Platinum Services was excellent overall in communicating and addressing our questions/concerns. We are completely satisfied with the service and will rent through Platinum Services again.

So much privacy.The hime was clean and tidy. I will say the first morning we woke in the home there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter and on the kitchen floor. It is also worth mentioning that all four beds had sand in won't deter us trying to book here next year and hopefully was an isolated incident. The golf cart was a HUGE plus. So fun. We are also really close to the pool. It truly was a hands down AMAZING place to stay. The only reason I am not giving the best rating is due to the sand in the beds. That's one thing we want to feel clean when we stay somewhere.

Upon arrival we felt like we were driving up to our own beach home. When we walked inside we were greeted with soft jazz music playing throughout the house everything was bright, clean & we instantly felt relaxed. We enjoyed morning cups of coffee on the patio looking out at the pond and golf course, & a few dinners as well. We’ve never had a golf cart while at the beach - having this was an extra plus and made our trip even MORE enjoyable. This has become our new favorite place to stay and will book it again!!!

Great restaurants and music at Baytown nearby. Nice appliances available allowed us to have great family breakfast every morning. Lots of TV channels available. The only other minor to note is the water gets cold fast when everyone is showering at the same time(as expected.)3. Nothing to complain about at all. All amenities met our needs and the large spacious home made everything exceedingly pleasant. I would choose this home again! The golf cart was definitely an added bonus and the atmosphere was definitely set with the relaxing music on surround sound upon entrance into the abode. Definitely a 5 star rating for me!4. No stone was left unturned when it comes to all the details and amenities this home offered, too many to name from the water toys, to the golf cart, to the well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. Amazing vacay and a great time had by all! Even down to having the option of extending our stay with the gap night!!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Excellent family vacation place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location within sandestin resort, sparkling clean, very nice place for family gathering. Definitely recommend this place and willing to go back.
