Completely renovated and decorated with care, our gîte can accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for couples or families.

On the ground floor, you'll find a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher.

The separate living room is warm and cosy and has a TV with TNT channels.

There is also a small bathroom with shower, and washing machine, and a separate WC for added convenience.

Upstairs, two cosy bedrooms await you:
- the first has a 160x200 bed and large wardrobes.
- The second has a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, ideal for families.

For the little ones, everything you need is provided at no extra cost: a cot, baby bath, high chair and safety gate.

Outside, a private terrace with retractable screen invites you to relax with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Wonderful location. But when we walked in, there was a strong mildew smell. Also, it is much smaller than the pictures make it look. We happened to book during an unusually hot time of May, and the upstairs bedrooms were unbearably warm with only unscreened skylight windows to open. We opted to stay elsewhere due to the smell and warmth.

Met high expectations & delivered surplus effort

The property was as described: well situated,comfortable, and well-appointed with household items. The property manager went above the standard effort and was able to deliver a child's high chair for us. I would recommend this property to visitors of Amboise.

Great place to stay in Amboise

Easy check in process, detailed instructions, good communication from host. Lovely area, close to heart of town. Charming old building with modern decor. A bit warm in the upper level, could benefit from large fan in smaller bedroom, replenishment of some supplies. Overall, great place to stay and excellent host communication!

This property is in a good location, has a good washing machine, was clean, and there were plenty of towels for 2. But this stay did not work for us at all. The 2 bedrooms upstairs only have skylights and they could not be opened. The rooms were too stuffy and hot to sleep in so we used the pullout couch downstairs. The w.c. is so small you have to sit sideways on the toilet. Instructions for working all appliances are in French. The kitchen is minimally equipped except for plates and glasses. The patio is in the parking lot. Check in and check out processes are unnecessarily complicated by an online form that was not working properly. Very difficult to get helpful responses from the host.
