Studio overlooking the mountains

Studio 4/6 people of 22m2 redone in the residence l Ours Blanc in the center of the resort, near the ski lifts, on the 1st floor with elevator and a south west balcony overlooking the mountains of l oisans.
Non smoking studio and pets not allowed
The accommodation is composed of:
- a sleeping area with a bed a mezzanine and a bz of 2 people in 120, and cupboards.
- a bathroom with bath and wc.
- a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine (pierrade, crepiere)
- a living room with TV with a single bed of 90 cm and a trundle bed of two places in 160 cm.
A ski locker is available in the residence and a parking space underground (deposit of € 30 for the parking card).
Close to the residence are the ski lifts (less than 5 minutes walk), shops, ice rink, swimming pool, sports hall and cinema, free shuttles.
The studio has duvets and pillows. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the residence. It is possible to rent sheets and towels from a concierge.
A person will welcome you for the delivery of the keys, the map of the car park and the state of the place from 8h to 20h.
If you do not want to clean the end of stay this service will be charged 35 €
The deposit is 300 €

Perfect location. Compact flat withe every amenity you could want. Great communication from the property manager. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.

L’appartement est globalement correct, mais plusieurs points importants sont à prendre en compte.Concernant les remontées mécaniques, il faut compter environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied selon la station visée. L’appartement se situe également sur le chemin de la boîte de nuit, ce qui rend les nuits très bruyantes. Nous avons été dérangés presque chaque nuit entre minuit et 3h du matin par des personnes criant dans les couloirs, et une nuit des gens ont même frappé à notre fenêtre à 3h du matin (appartement au 1er étage).Côté positif, les consommables de base sont fournis (papier toilette, savon, tablettes lave-vaisselle, etc.), ce qui est très appréciable. Les locataires jouent le jeu en réapprovisionnant en cas de rupture. La gérante est très sympathique et disponible. Un service de blanchisserie est proposé à l’arrivée (attention : ils ne prennent que le liquide). L’emplacement reste pratique grâce à la proximité de l’Agorasport, d’une supérette et d’un magasin de location de ski.En revanche, l’agencement est peu fonctionnel. Le coin canapé-lit est très mal conçu : la porte d’entrée s’ouvre au millimètre près à cause du lit en hauteur juste à côté. Faire les lits est compliqué par manque d’espace et de hauteur. L’annonce indique 4/5 personnes, mais à deux avec des valises, l’espace était déjà très limité. Plus de deux personnes semble irréaliste. Enfin, à l’arrivée, la vaisselle et le micro-ondes étaient sales, avec des traces de fromage fondu, ce qui a nécessité un nettoyage.

Séjour 1 semaine en famille Alpe d'huez

Séjour passé durant l'été, logement très bien situé proche du centre ville. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles à l'intérieur par rapport aux autres locations déjà rencontré. La propriétaire est très réactive.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Petit bémol sur le bruit la nuit car le balcon donne sur la rue empruntée par les fêtards et sur le manque de place pour ranger l'épicerie. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement pratique pour les courses, la piscine, la patinoire et le palais des sports. Pour l'accès aux pistes, la navette s'arrête devant la résidence à l'aller.

Localisation idéale

L’appartement est très bien équipé aux niveau vaisselle et appareils. Il est situé proche de tout. La boîte à clé est une super idée pour une arrivée sans stress. Petit bémol sur la literie des lits gigognes. Nous relouerons l’année prochaine à la même date. Merci beaucoup Stéphanie

Tutto bene.

La casa era come descritta, pulita e con dotazioni di buon livello. Tutto era funzionante e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La posizione è ottima ed abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto privato al coperto. Check-in e Check-out veloci e senza problemi. Aiutati anche dal bel tempo abbiamo passato 2 settimane molto piacevoli.

False description

The property itself is in good condition (although both sink and basin were completely blocked), and is in a good location, however it is tiny - certainly very difficult to function well with the maximum 6 people. Our main problems were the facts that although the listing stated an end of stay cleaning could be done, upon arrival I was told it could not - and I would not have booked it had I known this to be the case. Then on cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay the toilet brush broke and the owners withheld a third of the security deposit to replace it even though my husband being a plumber had sorted out their blocked sinks!!! I would not recommend this property.

Un appartement génial et très bien équipé !

Nous avons passé une séjour génial dans ce studio, il est merveilleusement bien équipé et chaleureusement décoré. Nous recommandons cet appartement à qui conque souhaiterait un appartement confortable et chaleureux pour profiter de la saison. Il se situe au rez de chaussé de la résidence pierre de vacances , avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. En bref, le studio est top !
