Wonderful 4 bedroom home with pool house and in-ground pool and 8 + person hot tub. Beautiful home in a small private gated cul-de-sac neighborhood of 5 houses. Walk to Caughlin Ranch and Mayberry Villa. Close to I80 and downtown. Wonderful location, great home and property. The main house has 2 master bedrooms with King beds (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). The home also includes a detached pool house with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, bathroom with steam shower and pull out sofa bed. It is a perfect flex space to relax, exercise, or host additional guests.

We built this house and own the one acre lot next door. We are a family of 4 with two daughters and we love to travel and play in the beach and mountains! We know you will enjoy our home in Reno!
Why they chose this property
Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with good people (only 5 houses) Wonderful House with pool house. Great walking paths and walk to wine and coffee at Mayberry Landing.
