This house, located in Sainte-Luce, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a CD player, a Hi-Fi and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The house features mosquito nets, air conditioning, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a safe and a washing machine.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 30€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
There is air conditioning in every bedroom. Parties are not allowed and guests must be respectful of neighbours. The swimming pool is located at the owner's house, a few meters from the accommodation.
