Great Little Cottage

Quite compact downstairs, but the cottage was comfortable and had everything we could need. We particularly enjoyed our dinners in the summer evenings on the verandah, with a view across the valley. Comfortable beds. Easy walk into Cauterets centre. Minor quibble - fridge was very small - only a bar fridge.

Nous n'étions pas attendu...

Chalet propre, ménage fait mais : lits non faits à l'arrivée, taies d'oreiller non adaptées aux traversins, extérieur très sale (table, chaises, terrasse, jardin sauvage), TV hors service, WC impropre à l'utilisation (chasse d'eau qui ne se remplie très lentement, évacuation difficile, fuite d'eau). Travaux de désamiantage sur immeuble partageant le même accès rendant impossible le stationnement de notre véhicule sur l'emplacement privatif prévu, confinement à l'intérieur du chalet durant une journée cause, sortie sur autorisation du chef de chantier, début des travaux dès 6 heures du matin. Dommage, joli petit chalet mais n'aurait pas dû être loué dans ces conditions.
