About this property

Beautiful, Modern Condo Directly on Ocean !

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is directly on the Ocean. Our 3rd floor balcony looks directly at the beach and sea! Take the elevator down and with a few short steps you're directly on the beach. No need to take loads of things to the beach - lunch and bathrooms are only steps away!

This is our vacation home which we use all year round and we keep fully furnished and equipped. All you need to bring is your clothing. We even have beach chairs, toys and equipment for your use. We are hoping to rent to 'good people' who will treat our place like your own. You won't find a nicer condo in Ocean City - we know - we looked everywhere before we bought! We have completely renovated the unit and have many of our own personal items In the condo. This 16 unit building is very quiet and we are the only owner who rents, it's that exclusive. If you decide you want to book our condo please provide the ages and the professions of the guests who will be renting. We ask because we want to be sure our guests are responsible and will treat our unit as if it was their own condo.

So if it's a newly furnished, complete condo directly on the ocean, within walking distance to many restaurants & amenities that you're looking for, you will love our condo

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is awesome and location is great! It is updated and decorated beautifully. We have stayed here the last 2 years and already reserved it for next year. Ken is great to deal with. Response time is very quick. Can't wait to go back!!!

Best condo ever!

We have been coming to OCMD to vacation for 7 years now and this year we decided to change up where we stayed, and we were not disappointed at all! My family and I cannot say enough about this property! It was simply amazing, from the decor, the cleanliness, perfect location and so much more. It felt as if we were staying in our own home. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it! You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to stay here on our next visit!

Great location and just what we needed

The condo had everything we wanted in a "drivable" April break at the beach. Despite being off season and many of the properties undergoing their pre-season spruce ups, there was enough places openned to allow for a very enjoyable time. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

Good Getaway in Crazy Times

We were looking for a private condo with a beach view within driving distance of our house because of COVID. We've only been to Ocean City once before and thought this was a great property for what we were looking for. It was off season so the beach right outside the condo was kind of quiet and plenty of space to keep distance from others. The view from the balcony and even the living room was probably second to none in OC. Very nice condo and property! If we go back to OC we will definitely check for this property first!

Fabulous property!

Great location, beautiful and spacious condo, tons of natural light and ocean views from the living space. Large balcony with ocean and beach views and wonderful breezes coming off the ocean. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Love the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Large and functional kitchen. Our family of 4 (kids ages 17 and 19) had more than enough room. Updated and spacious bathrooms. We loved the comfy sectional couch! We walked to the donut and ice cream shop. Thought about doing the beach yoga one block over but never up early enough to do it. Great property! Great communication/availability with the owners.

AWESOME OCEAN FRONT BEACH CONDO, GREAT LOCATION WITH ALL THE AMENITIES!

This is the best OC Condo we have ever stayed in for our annual family summer vacation and we’ve been coming to Ocean City for thirty plus years as a family and we always look forward to next years vacation.The owners are great people to rent from and they take pride in everything they do. They keep the condo clean and efficient for the people who stay there. They continually make improvements to assure that your stay is as stress free as possible. They have recently made some renovations with some awesome modern updates. The kitchen is very nice and has all the amenities, there’s a large flat screen tv in the living room that makes for a nice relaxing evening after a hard day on the beach. This unit is Very clean, very roomy and very well equipped with a lot of extras. It also has plenty of parking available and easy access to and from the beach, can’t ask for anything better in our opinion. We love it there!

We are two professional couples and partners in the condo. All our children are now in college or grad school. Sadly we can't use the condo as much as we'd like.

Why they chose this property

North Ocean City is a very family friendly area of the beach - no rowdy teenagers - with lots of shops & eating locations all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This is NOT a 'rental' unit. This is our second home. The furnishings and household items were bought and installed with that in mind. There is nothing in this unit that we do not use ourselves.
