Welcome to Unit 102!

This unit is one bedroom, one bath with a sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchen is open to the dining area and the 2 TV's are huge. Steps to the beach or pool, this first floor location is convenient and affordable. 102 has a view of the cabana in the courtyard but no ocean view.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper,
etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Great Location!

Great location! Walkway to beach and pool right off the back patio. No laundry in unit but also right outside your door. A little dated but very clean, close to restaurants, Dollar General and National Seashore. Fabulous week❤️

Thanks for your review Robert. Sorry the temperature of our pool was too cold for your liking. We keep it heated to 82 degrees, but we understand for some, that's a bit too cool for a leisurely swim. Hope everything else was enjoyable during your stay.

better last year

The property was nice, but there were a couple of things that I would use to determine my plans next year. I brought coffee as this was what was needed last year. The pot had been changed to Keurig. The were no hen dishrags or towels. I bought dishrags and used the towels from the bathroom.

Thank you for your honest review Charles. Yes, the coffee pot was broken by a previous renter and owners decided to upgrade to a Keurig. We will be sure to let the owner know they need to add dishrags (and assuming you meant) "Beach" towels to their condo. Thank you for letting us know. Hope you enjoyed your stay none -the -less.

Great Times at NSB

We love NSB and this unit was perfect. Straight shot to the beach, and very convenient to parking. Loading and unloading the car was the easiest it’s ever been. Condo felt very comfortable.

The property description does not say poolside. It says it is steps to the pool, and it is. It takes less than 30 seconds to get to the pool walking from the ground floor. courtyard units.
