Welcome to my single storey house located 450m above sea level 10 km from Besançon. It is located in the countryside in a recent and quiet housing estate with a view of the fields and has an equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, microwave, refrigerator)
You will have access to 4 private rooms (4 new double beds) for 8 people maximum as well as (kitchen, dining room, living room with tv, bathroom, WC, double terrace, swimming pool, lawn).Fiber Wi-Fi. Cot on request.
The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. Group parties and birthdays are not allowed. Cancellation possible 14 days before 100% refunded.
There will be no other people but you.
The garage is not part of the rental.
