Our villa "Le cocon" is on one level, making it accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
It is located at 1191, Route du Mas, 60m from Le Nid.
We wanted this villa to be a place of relaxation and well-being for your family.
A welcoming, comfortable house with a private pool. You'll enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, stretching as far as the Vercors, Mont Ventoux, and the Ardèche mountains. From your holiday home, you can set off on lovely hikes, horseback rides, or canoe trips. Explore nearby Ardèche sites, villages, and local cuisine, then return to your cozy retreat to savor your holiday in the Ardèche.
The villa consists of:
Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with shower room and WC. Each room is equipped with a silent ceiling fan to reduce the temperature and keep mosquitoes away. A living room/dining room area. A fully equipped kitchen. A second bathroom. A separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle. Private 4x5m swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, open from mid-May to the end of September (unheated pool). We are happy to welcome our animal friends. However, they are not allowed in the private pool.
End-of-stay cleaning information: Cleaning is not included in the rental price. We offer it as an optional extra, so you can choose to clean it yourself before your departure. If you choose the cleaning option, the cost is €90 per stay (payable on site).
