Fantastic apartment of 100 m2, located on the main avenue of Armação de Pera, overlooking one of the best beaches.

The avenue is now pedestrian, is bustling with good terraces so you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Algarve.

Very spacious apartment has the capacity to receive 4 people, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony on the beach ideal for sunbathing and dining overlooking the sea.

Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, WiFi zone, tourist office, restaurants, a playground and several local stores.

The building has an elevator and good access for people with reduced mobility as well as parking space in the garage.

The beach of Armacao de Pera has a large area of fine white sand. Ideal to rest and recharge your batteries or have a good time reveling in the bars scattered throughout the village.

This location offers several golf courses, water parks, and possibilities to practice various sports. The Castle of Silves is only 20Km.

Amazing place to stay

Our group had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment.Communication from start of booking to departure was great, checkin was flawless and apartment couldn’t have been in a more centrally located place.Apartment was clean and has everything you need for a great stay.Overall an amazing experience Thank you Pedro and Mario

Fabulous location

Great location to everything, very large well equipped apartment. Does need some TLC in kitchen and bath areas, especially the moldy grout around the sinks. The cleaning staff did an immaculate job otherwise. Lighting in main areas needs to be brighter as unable to read at night, maybe a floor lamp??? Mario, the property manager was available 24/7 and responded immediately to any issues(very few). Overall great apartment and would definitely stay again. 31 days.

Lovely apartment, great seeview.

There were renovation works going on in the apartment above us that caused a lot of noise and dust. That spoiled a little bit our holiday.

I’m believable View!!

The check in process is ,my opinion,very bad,especially when your in a foreign country and it’s 6 at night and you can’t get a hold of anyone,phone,thru VRBO app. But my wife said call VRBO and what a great idea,he called the owner who got a hold of the property manager and,after freaking out,you don’t have to,it will be handled,lol,my over reaction,all was great!! This place ,area,has EVERYTHING you can think of.Overall,book it!!!! It’s worth everything you will so glade you did,and the place is very good to say!!!

Gestion

Il y a un gros problème de gestion , à notre arrivée qui était prévus à 15 h personne sur place . Nous avons donc téléphoné au propriétaire à 15.30 h qui nous a donné un numéro de la personne qui s’occupe des clefs , ce monsieur n était pas au courant que nous arrivions et n’avait pas notre nom pour l’appartement . Il nous a dit le ménage est pas fait je vous rappelle. A 17.30 ce monsieur est arrivé avec deux femmes de ménages en bas du bâtiment et nous a donné les clefs en nous disant qu il y en avait encore pour une heure de ménage. Franchement vous vous dépêchez pour être à l’heure pour les clefs et enfin de compte 3 h après . Vraie ment pas sérieux

Excellent Beachfront Apartment

Had a little trouble finding out where to get the keys due to a language barrier, but once I was given Mario’s number there was no problem. The place was awesome. Great views and right on the promenade with some great restaurants and cafes within a few step. Definitely book again!

Quartier top

Superbe vue. Promenade aux pieds de l immeuble avec commerces (Intermarché, dia et boutiques de plages) resto, jeux pr enfants. Le parking est un gros plus sinon c est très compliqué pour se garer. Pharmacie à une rue derrière l immeuble. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Wohlfühlurlaub garantiert

Das Appartment bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, es fehlt an nichts. Wer die Tiefgarage nutzen möchte, sollte den Weg durch die Fußgängerzone nicht scheuen, das ist erlaubt. Zentral gelegener Touristenort, von wo aus man alle interessanten Ziele schnell per Auto erreicht. Empfehlenswert.

séjour en Algarve

Malgré un deux petits couacs à notre arrivée (d'autres personnes étaient dans notre appartement, petit problème de logistique donc, et la propreté laissait un peu à désirer - mais bon, nous venons de Suisse et sommes exigeants également), nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le propriétaire s'est montré avenant et a tout fait pour réparer son erreur au plus vite. Armaçao de Pêra n'est pas la plus jolie bourgade du coin, néanmoins elle a de nombreux atouts. Sa plage s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et permet de longues balades au gré des vagues et du vent. Nous avons loué une voiture et avons beaucoup voyagé sur la côte. Etre motorisé vaut réellement la peine. En cela, Armaçao est très bien située. La vue offerte depuis le balcon est magnifique. Octobre est le moment idéal pour partir à la conquête de l'Algarve. Les touristes sont beaucoup moins présents, la température est idéale, la baignade rafraîchissante et parfaite. Je n'irais pas en Algarve durant les mois d'été. Un endroit à conseiller, et à découvrir. Prendre un bateau pour observer les caves depuis la mer et voir les dauphins vaut vraiment la peine également. Magique.

Amazing Apartment in Superb Location

This was an amazing apartment in a great location. We had the most amazing view and were a 30 second walk tot he beach. Mario and Pedro were superb and were very helpful. Thanks Guys we will be coming back!!
