Our condo is a very cozy 900 sq ft 2 bedroom condo with 2 Queen beds. It has 2 bathrooms and and it's private balcony. It is located at Bella Vista in building 25, a beautiful gated community with 4 pools/hot tubs, 2 of them heated in the winter. It has a small putting green and a fitness facility in the community center. The unit is on the second floor and has a designated underground parking spot. The building has an elevator and also a community room. It also has very nice walking paths and is very close to groceries, shopping and not far from the 101.

Condo had everything we needed. Grounds were well laid out. We enjoyed the walking paths and the pool. Location was great, close to shopping and casual restaurants, so we could take a welcome break from daily cooking.

Beautiful upscale condo in the best neighborhood of north Scottsdale you can find! Super close to everything. Underground parking with a car wash and elevators too! We enjoyed our stay and the condo is well equipped with even more than we needed. We have rented several places off or VBRO and sophies scored the high test with our family! Thank you and we hope to stay again this winter!

Convenient and thoughtful

The location was super convenient to the Mayo Clinic’s and Hospital and close to grocery stores. The owner went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The communication with the HOA was also very helpful during the stay at home order.

Best VRBO yet!

We have stayed in many VRBO's but this one is by far the best we've ever stayed in to date!!! Both owners were very accommodating and immediately remedied the only issue we had during our stay, the washing machine broke. They replaced the washer and dryer immediately and purchased top of the line equipment. All pots/pans/ect were brand new and the place was spotless. I cannot say enough about the owners, the condo and the ease of our stay. The condo is very quiet and we were never woken up at any point of our stay. We HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!!
