This 1140 sq.ft town home is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the belt line close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, Lenovo Centrr, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within a 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of two queen bedrooms and one attached Jack & Jill bath shared between the two bedrooms . There is also a flat screen tv, high-speed internet/WIFI .
Please note: parties, large gatherings and smoking is strictly prohibited and penalties apply.

Customer satisfaction is of outmost importance to us and we want to set the right expectations for our guests. This property is an older 1970's subdivision with cosmetic imperfections inside like a sliding door that can come off the rails, Being a garden unit an occasional bug can be encountered although we do regular pest treatments. If you are sensitive to these kind of issues please don't book with us.

While my first impression is the townhome is a bit tired and not as bright as the photo, the bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the area is quiet. If this location and price points fits your needs, go for it!

This property was clean and fit our needs. We were not there much, as we only stayed one night and we had tickets to a Hurricanes game that night. It was a quick Uber ride to the arena and back, which was very important to us.The host was very communicative and helpful. We thought we left a vital piece of medical equipment when we left, and the host was getting ready to go search the property for it when we found it in our luggage at home. I would call that service above and beyond what I expected!

The house is easily in my top five VRBO experiences. The neighborhood is quiet, within 10-15 mins of so many parks, museums, shops, etc. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great location and convenience

We selected this property to be near the horse complex. Really appreciated how close it was as well as the access we had to restaurants, shops, etc. The beds were super comfortable, which is always a plus. This is a great property for people to each have their own sink and toilet. Amenities were well stocked. The host communication was excellent.

Quiet townhome was pleasant

Very enjoyable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious enough for our party. We did have a few issues in the kitchen - coffeemaker wasnt working, no dishwasher detergent, no dishwashing cloths. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay and would definitely use again.

Property as a whole was great. The property description reads as two full bath when it is a Jack and Jill so only one actual shower. Not a deal breaker, but better to know ahead of time.

Great Location

We were in town for a hockey game. The location relative to NC State was perfect for us. Overall the property was accurately displayed and was nice. The communication, check in, and property were all good for us. Would recommend.

Not what I expected. Make sure you understand that this is an outdated home with much needed renovation. It was mostly clean though we found some hair and some items not as clean as one would hope. It is very quiet and the host was nice. Just know the ice maker doesn’t work. There is duck tape on the floor. One shower shared but two toilets upstairs. It was close to the Lenovo center so that was great. Just be prepared for old with bad aid fixes.
