Featuring an open-style layout, this large 1 bedroom studio offers a full-size private balcony with amazing views of both the Gulf and the Bay. Enjoy watching the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on your private balcony. With lots of natural light, this idyllic condo offers a comfortable queen bed located off of the living room to ensure you will get a good night’s rest on vacation. A 50-inch flat screen TV is also in the bedroom area for watching movies snuggled up in bed. The bathroom has a luxurious deep soak garden tub and separate shower. The family area has a queen size sofa sleeper with a 50-inch flat screen TV and opens to your furnished private balcony. The kitchenette comes complete with a refrigerator, 2 burner range, dishwasher and overhead microwave/convection oven. *Free wireless internet provided*

You may purchase beach service from the vendor on the beach from March 1 through October 31st for a reasonable fee.

We didn’t have a direct view of the ocean, but could see right of the balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach and all the pools. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful sunrise view from the balcony each morning. I stayed with my husband and our two younger children, and we were all very comfortable. The kids slept great on the sofa sleeper, and the main bed was also very comfortable.One thing we really appreciated was the amount of storage. There was plenty of space for our clothing for the week, along with a nice area to hang items, plus lots of hangers, which was a great bonus. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and when we needed extra towels, the property managers were quick to bring us some.The only downside was that the unit didn’t have a washer and dryer. However, the property managers offered a complimentary laundry pickup service, which was very convenient. They picked up our laundry at 10 AM and had it back by dinner time, although they do ask for up to 24 hours.The two-burner stove was a bit small for the type of cooking I like to do, but it still got the job done.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The ceiling above the bed area is all discolored and could be painted. Also the lazy River is amazing and could use so more speakers especially towards the area when you are floating past the bay where it is very noisy near the pumps.
