Enjoy the comfort of our charming, completely renovated apartment and immerse yourself in the lively Pasteur district which offers a multitude of dining options, breweries, bakeries and cafes. The apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris, just in front of the metro station Pasteur (line 6) which connects you to the main Parisian attractions located a few stations (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, Invalides). Montparnasse is also a short walk away where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars.

Our apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator).
It is ideal for a family of 4, a group of friends or business guests visiting Paris and wishing to stay in a central location.

All basic amenities such as WiFi, flat-screen TV, washing machine and dryer, microwave and hairdryer are provided in the apartment.

Great location near 2 Metro lines. The apartment was nice with a very comfortable sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a door. It is on the 3rd floor with a winding staircase.

Das ist ein wunderbares Apartement in sehr guter Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt in einem kleinen Minimarkt, der von 8:00 Uhr früh bis 2:00 Uhr früh durchgehend geöffnet hat, so dass auch Spätankünfte kein Problem sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön modernisiert und genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Sie war blitzsauber und die Betten waren hervorragend, sogar das sehr moderne Sofabett, auf dem man auch prima schlafen kann. Glücklicherweise gab es eine Klimaanlage, sonst wäre die Hitze im Sommer in Paris nicht erträglich gewesen. Gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein nettes Bistro, das diverse Frühstücke anbietet. Ein Restaurants, wo man zu moderaten Preisen auch wunderbare vegetarische oder vegane Gerichte bekommt, ist am selben Boulevard nur wenige Minuten Fußweg in Richtung Gare Monteparnasse entfernt. Man kann vom Bahnhof sowohl zu Fuß (20 Minuten) als auch mit dem Stadtbus (2 Haltestellen) zum Appartement kommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentüber war perfekt. Er reagiert sehr schnell.

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. It was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing and walking into the heat. The windows gave us lots of fresh air, and the view was pretty.The neighborhood was perfect, excellent access to buses and metro, an amazing bakery across the street, and lots of shops to explore. Close enough to everything to be easy, but comfortably away from the busiest spots.Michel was extremely communicative, helpful, and friendly. It was a pleasure.

Très bel appartement extrêmement bien situé.

Nous voulions passer quelques jours en famille à Paris entre les fêtes de fin d'année. Nous avions d'abord choisi cet appartement pour sa localisation et la proximité immédiate des transports en communs (métro, bus). Sur place, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté de l'appartement, sa luminosité et son agencement bien pensé. Cet appartement est parfait pour 2 ou 4 personnes. On s'y sent à l'aise. La communication avec le propriétaire était parfaite et les petites attentions trouvées à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cette location.
