It is a new house, newly built, with all the comfort to spend a pleasant stay.
It has two floors, upstairs the main bedroom, with en suite bathroom, the kitchen with modern appliances and the living room with a sofa, where a person can sleep, and a large TV.There is a large terrace overlooking the pool .
The bedrooms have large windows and overlook the pool and garden.
It is an ideal house to enjoy an excellent vacation a few steps from the beach and downtown.

This property was amazing inside and out and perfectly located.

This was a perfect property for our family. We were in a quiet part of an action packed fun beach town. We were walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. The property was clean and perfectly stocked My family enjoyed the pool and all the comforts of home inside. The property managers were always available and responsive. There is nothing we would have changed about the location or property. If/when we return to Tamarindo, we would love to rent this very same place!

Luxury property close to town!

Amazing stay for my group of friends - perfect if you want to lounge by the pool (pool guy comes every morning to clean the pool!) or walk into town for dinner!
