Welcome to Par Paraíso, a golfers desert paradise vacation home located on the border of La Quinta/Indio overlooking Hole #2 of the Indian Springs Public Golf Course. Beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2,300sq ft home resides on a giant 12,600ft lot for ultimate space and privacy. Includes large 30ft long salt water pool (optional heating) and spa along with indoor & outdoor Sonos surround sound speakers. Near golf, tennis, polo, music festivals, casinos, Joshua Tree, and other area attractions.

Par Paraíso includes 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, salt water pool with spa Jacuzzi, pool table, and more fabulous fun amenities! Completely private and uniquely positioned with no other homes directly surrounding the property. Located in a non-gated, very quiet neighborhood of Indio bordering La Quinta. The backyard looks out over Hole #2 of the Indian Springs public golf course whose clubhouse is within walking or a short drive distance of the home. Two blocks over from the Big Rock Golf and Pub Restaurant for live music, sporting events on TV, food, and drinks.

We've designed the home with stylish and artful décor throughout. The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, giant 75” 4k Smart TV with Amazon Fire TV and Netflix connected to SONOS surround sound, a pool table, plenty of comfortable seating to rest, and a sofa bed futon (twin size). Formal dining room includes a large, modern solid crystal table and comfortable chairs which can accommodate six people along with four bar stools at the granite countertop island.

The large, open kitchen features granite countertops and includes cookware, microwave, oven, fridge with water/ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker & pods, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people. There is also a toaster, juicer, blender and everything a fully stocked kitchen should have.

Ideal bedding for families up to six adults and two children. Master bedroom has a 50” Smart TV, a California king size bed with down comforter, and futon that opens into a twin sized bed along with a private entrance to the back patio area. The Master also includes private bathroom with shower and spa tub, double vanity sink, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a futon that opens into a twin sized bed. Bedroom #3 features two twin beds. Bathroom #2 has a shower and tub. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap).

Guests have full property access including a two car garage. Plenty of street and drive way parking. A washer and dryer includes starter detergent pods. There is a direct line gas BBQ grill and high speed wi-fi access throughout the property (even poolside). SONOS speakers are setup throughout the inside of the home and at the pool for great surround sound music.

Beautifully kept and private paradise with amazing patio furniture, lovely flowers, and large hedges for privacy. Large grapefruit tree next to pool and lemon, lime, and orange trees on the opposite side of the house. The pool is serviced twice weekly, the pebble tec pool & spa are sparkling clean, and there are chaise lounges, umbrellas, and table with chairs for plenty of seating.

Small dog (15lbs max) and children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. Par Paraiso is also centrally located to reach:

Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa.

If you would like to bring one dog (15lbs max) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry cleaning fee post-stay).
