While the beauty of Sanibel remains, please note the following:

Please expect construction noise, onsite workers, large construction equipment, no assigned parking or guaranteed covered parking as Tarpon Beach Association and condo owners rebuild from Hurricane Ian.

Pool repairs are expected to be completed by September 2025.
Landscaping updates will take place throughout 2025.
Construction noise may be present as owners renovate their condos.

This tranquil luxury condo at Tarpon Beach on Sanibel has stunning views and beautiful grounds. Totally updated throughout. As you walk into the bright, soothing condo you first notice the amazing view of the sparkling water. The brand new kitchen has custom cabinets, tile wood plank floors, granite countertops, tile backsplash and new appliances. The open dining room has seating for six. The tile wood plank flooring continues to the open living room with comfy queen sleeper sofa, chairs, flat screen television and stunning views. Enjoy dinner and the tropical breezes from the screened lanai that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, views of the Gulf and a private bathroom. The master bathroom has granite countertops and a tiled shower with glass door. Your guests or family will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom, which features two twin beds and a full-screen television, and the hallway bathroom, which features granite countertops and a tiled tub/shower combination.

This is a two bedroom condo with a queen sleeper sofa.

Tarpon Beach condo complex is a Gulf-front complex with beautifully landscaped tropical grounds. Community grills, a heated Gulf Front pool, pickleball courts, and a boardwalk to the beach (undergoing renovation to be completed sometime in 2025). Watch the sunset from the beach!
