Beautifully refreshed Cape Cod in a peaceful neighborhood just off of North Main Street in Southampton. The kitchen was recently updated and opens directly into the large dining and living areas. A bedroom and full bath are located on the first floor, with two bedroom and a full bath upstairs. Outside, a large back deck with a new Weber grill and outdoor dining overlooks a lush back lawn with a 15' x 30' heated gunite pool, beautiful old-growth trees and specimen plantings.
