The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house is divided into 2 independent apartments but is rented together for the same family.The 2 apartments cannot be rented individually.
Ideal for 2 families or group of friends (No party, bachelorette party, …).
There are 4 double rooms including 1 suite.
Wifi access + French and Spanish channels + air conditioning.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

The caution: 500 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 150 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. The air conditioning is an extra 100 €.
