This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom cottage is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Stover's Beach and Stover's Point Nature Preserve (one of Harpswell s hidden gems). The open layout of the first floor includes a spacious well-equipped kitchen, a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that seats six, and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Walk upstairs to a full bathroom with stand up shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right has two twin beds perfect for the kiddos, while the other one at the end of the hall has a queen size bed complete with a large deck that is a perfect spot for sunning yourself or enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

Spend your day kayaking, fishing, collecting sea glass, taking long walks, or enjoying lobster dinners. Stover's boasts a beautiful view of the world famous Cribstone Bridge. Subject to availability, this cottage can be rented together with the Seaside Sunrise cottage, offering a unique opportunity to share your vacation with extended family and friends. Secluded Getaway

While the house was so secluded it took us a while to find #44 on the trash can, we really enjoyed the location on Stover's Point. We enjoyed dining locally and visiting Bath and Freeport.

Harpswell - an amazing place

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect and being able to walk to the Stover's Cove Preserve was so nice. The view, the coastline and the wildlife were all so relaxing. Absolutely, would recommend and rent again.
