This place was nice but we wouldn’t stay here again. There were a few spider and bugs in the house. The pool table felt was all tore up. We enjoyed our stay but the house needs a little maintenance.

Good location, needs some work.

The property is conveniently located near Dollywood, which was a plus. However, the cabin felt quite dated, and the amenities left a lot to be desired. One major concern was the parking area — it has a steep drop into the woods with no fence, which felt unsafe, especially with small children around.
