Quiet apartment in small town

This is a very comfortable, clean apartment with a good outdoor space. A nice kitchen with a large fridge and a dish washer, and AC. But there is no WIFI and the dryer listed in the description is a clothes line (with no clothes pins). And all posted instructions were in French.
