Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in dem Haus verbracht, in dem es uns an nichts fehlte. Einziger Negativpunkt: Die Lage recht weit entfernt vom Zentrum in einer weniger schönen Gegend von Nimes.

Au top !

Propriétaires très sympas, emplacement du gîte au calme à Nîmes (à une vingtaine de minutes du centre à pieds), bien arboré, gîte très propre et très bien agencé. On a passé 15 jours vraiment bien ! On recommande les yeux fermés.

Quiet, comfortable, good location

A quiet, clean, comfortable accommodation very handy to exploring Nimes, Uzes and many other interesting locations in the south of France. Hosts extended a warm welcome, offered help and suggestions for activities. Off street parking supplied. We were grateful to return to the shady deck for a glass of wine and a chorus of birdsong.

Very nice vacation rental

We found the property just as advertised. It was quiet and private. There is a nice small outside terrace perfect for morning coffee or tea. The house is about a 20 minute walk from the old city center. The hostesses, Annie and Gwen, were extremely friendly and helplful (especially in our case, dealing with the airlines regarding a delayed bag). The house is well located for day trips to destinations to the north and east (Uzes, Avignon, Arles, Orange).

Maison de ville où il fait bon vivre

Très bon séjour dans un gite confortable où il fait bon vivre, au calme. L'équipement est complet et les propriétaires très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Des commerces de proximité sont appréciables, notamment le boulanger pour les petits croissants du matin. Le centre Ville de Nîmes est à 5mn en voiture et toutes visites dans un périmètre de 40 kms maxi. A recommander.

Cozy apartment with terrace!

Great apartment just outside the city center. Annie is a wonderful host. She answered all of my questions very promptly via email before our arrival. She provided a crib/cot and a high chair for our son, which were lifesavers!  The apartment itself is nicely laid out/open concept, though the bathroom can only be accessed via the bedroom, just fyi, but that was not a problem.  Everything was very clean. The terrace is nice as there is lots of greenery all around.  It's very quiet too.  Just a short walk down the street to the main road there are: a bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, fresh produce shop, pizza shop, butcher, and a tabac. There is also a bus stop that takes you right downtown in probably about 10 minutes. Also there is room to park your car behind the property gate, which is very convenient. In addition to Nîmes, we visited the Pont du Gard, Orange, and Avignon. We had a great stay!

Avons apprécié la location de cette maison en avril 2015. Propre et agréable dans quartier calme. Proche du centre de NIMES. (20 mn à pied ou 10 mn en bus). Commerces à proximité à 200 m. Propriété possédant tout le confort, possibilité de stationner la voiture à l'intérieur. (ce qui n'est pas négligeable). Location proche de NIMES, UZES, ARLES, MONTPELLIER, STE MARIE DE LA MER, PONT DU GARD... Avons apprécié le marché d'Uzès. Les propriétaires sont formidables, très sympas, disponibles et de bon conseil. Location à recommander.

Nid douillet idéalement placé

Accueil très chaleureux, maisonnette au calme idéalement placée pour découvrir la région en suivant les conseils éclairés de nos hôtes disponibles et sympathiques. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais présents quand on a besoin d'eux. Petits commerces et ligne de bus à proximité immédiate. Description correcte, location propre et entretenue. Je recommanderai sans problème cette location à un ami.

Superbe séjour

Location très agréable et confortable, avec jolies terrasses ombragées et jacuzzi en option si on souhaite se relaxer. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires, toujours à l'écoute et disponibles pour offrir de bons conseils sur la visite de Nîmes et ses environs : ce ne sont pas les belles régions qui manquent aux alentours, il y a l'embarras du choix ! Une ligne de bus passe à proximité de la maison, idéale pour faire les courses aux Halles (rendez-vous des gourmands) et visiter le centre où il fait bon se promener. Il y a aussi des commerces de proximité. Un bon plan pour découvrir Nîmes, que nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander. K. et MC.

Petite maison Nîmes

On a beaucoup apprécié la maison . On se sent très rapidement chez soi car les hôtesses sont charmantes et disponibles tout en restant discrètes. maison super agréable

Propriétaires très agréables tout en restant discrètes - maison "magnifique" comme dirait ma petite fille - les photos ne sont pas mensongères - on a l'impression d'être dans un petit village alors que nous sommes à 5 mn du centre de Nimes ! un book est transmis à l'arrivée suffisamment complet - Je souhaite qu'une chose pouvoir y retourner
