Sandarac beachfront 8th floor unit with the best views up & down Ft Myers Beach! 1240 sq ft Condo is bright with full sun exposure. Both baths newly renovated and ensuite with double sinks and showers. Completed condo renovation summer of 2021. King sized bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom (can push together for king sized bed), queen pull out sofa sleeper in great room, laundry room with full sized washer & dryer inside front condo entrance. New LG flat screen TV in great room and flat screens TVs in 2 bedrooms. New his and hers recliners, pots & pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, & linens. Lovely 8' heated pool for association. Wireless individual internet & cable provided for each condo. The condo is located 2 miles from the south end of the island & Lover's Key State Park , has secure buildings, and elevators to transport you from floor to floor. Parking for renter along with visitor parking for your guests. Owner lives in bldg. Within walking distance of the condo are CVS, , trolley stops and much more. Publix is within 2 miles. Boat rentals are available at the marina across the street & chair & umbrella rentals are available from the vendor directly in front of our building on the beach. Beach chairs available in the unit also. This condo association does not allow pets or smoking.

Please note Sandarac has a strict monthly rental policy. We cannot rent for stays less than monthly unless no other rental that month. Please inquire about other options. Owner available 7 days per week...

I have owned our condo in Sandarac since 2015 and absolutely love this beach and community. I am on the beach most everyday and if the wind is good and off the water I'm usually flying one of my large kites We are a beach town with friendly people, laid back and relaxed. Come enjoy the warm weather and sunshine with us!
