Secret cottage in Perche National Natural Park / Bohemian House in the heart of Perche

At the end of a path under the trees, our house is a typical 200 years old cottage, in a small hamlet of 4 lovely houses, 2km from the village of Pervenchères, in the middle of nature front to an organic orchard.
The cottage has a light, spacious interior with stone walls, original beams and solid furniture, mixing traditional rustic style with modern bohemian chic update.

You will enjoy the 30m2 large attic room with 1 double and 1 single bed decorated in a chic style.
You will be able to lunch and dine in the large main living room around the old stone fireplace. The living room has armchairs and 1 double bed sofa, too.
The house has a lovely kitchen full equipped and a bathroom.

The house has its own private drive, parking area, garden directly south and sunbeds under the apple tree, perfect for quiet and relaxing holiday home. She is located, not overlooked, discretion and calm are assured.

Ideally situated between charming Bellême and Mortagne au Perche, where you will find all the typical French way of life (food market, cheese stores, good restaurants and wine bars, market and antics ...), or walking places like the very old Bellême forest (old trees, mushrooms or chestnuts picking ...)

Our neighborhood is a great area for walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and fishing with wonderful scenery, forest tracks and a network of 'hikes' to enjoy.

20 minutes from Alençon, one hour from Le Mans and Chartres and its famous cathedral, and two hours from Paris, the local village of Pervenchères is 2km away, and has a small shop / bar / cafe. Local specialties include cider, calvados, black pudding, and Camembert.

You will appreciate the vast room of 30m2 under the roof with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and its view on the orchard.

You can have lunch and dinner in the large living room, around the old stone fireplace. The living room also has armchairs and a double sofa bed.
The house has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house has its own private path, parking and a south facing garden with deck chairs under the apple tree, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday home.
It is located right next to our main house. Visually separated, discretion and calm are assured.

The house is ideally located between the charming Bellême and Mortagne au Perche, where you will find all the services (food market, cheese shops, restaurants and wine bars, flea markets and antique shops ...), and magnificent walks in the heart of the famous forest of Bellême (remarkable and centenary trees, picking mushrooms or chestnuts ...)

Our region is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and fishing, the landscapes of groves and valleys are beautiful, and a wide choice of hiking is offered.
