When you pull up to this stunning and unique home, you’ll know right away that what awaits you inside is beyond expectations. Drive right up to the front door, under grand portico to unload your belongings while protected from snow or rain.

Once you enter the front door, your immediately drawn to the elegant spiral staircase to your left and the view of the large, formal dining area ahead of you. Venturing further in you’ll be greeted by the welcoming and cozy living room. This space is a prime option for ending your evenings relaxing in front of the beautifully done stone fireplace with TV mounted above for movie marathons. Take your choice in seating on the stylish red sofa sectional or one of the two rocking recliners.

Directly behind the living room is the gourmet kitchen of your dreams. With expansive counter and cabinet space, stacked double wall ovens, and long kitchen island with countertop range. You’ll find bar seating and a secondary dining area where everyone can stay connected while preparing delicious meals or having that perfect morning cup of coffee. When its time to sit together and eat, there’s no better spot that the formal dining room.

No matter the room you’re in, you’ll find picturesque window views of your surroundings, and multiple entrances to the back yard which is lined with tall privacy fencing and scenery. Providing you with both privacy and natural beauty of Big Bear.

If you are looking for even more relaxation, open the door off the living room to step into the private and secluded indoor hot tub room. We know you don’t want the fun to end, but when you do find yourselves ready for some R&R, head upstairs for your choice of bedroom.

The first bedroom to the left is a standard, yet grand master bedroom and bath. Unpack your belongings into the spacious walk-closet and then curl up in the comfortable king bed. Maybe watch a movie on the TV as you fall asleep and feel yourself drifting away in the coziness of the fireplace.

The second bedroom is the perfect and ideal room for a family with children. When you enter this bedroom you’ll immediately notice the inviting king bed, but further upon further inspecting the room you’ll find a smaller attached room with a bunk bed. While these rooms are connected, their are separated by a doorway, so you are able to stay together yet also have privacy.

You’ll also notice that the bedroom has a shared bathroom with the third bedroom. This bathroom offers a double sink vanity with more than enough space for everyone to get ready for their day. The third bedroom offers an inviting king bed.

If you make your way down the hall to the final bedroom you’ll find an exceedingly large master bedroom that is fit for a king (or queen). When you first enter, you’ll notice the first of three large mirrored closets on your left, and on your right a double vanity. On one side of the vanity is a private room with stand alone shower and a sunken tub where you can soak your worries away. To the other side of the vanity is a private room with toilet. As you venture into the spacious bedroom further, you’ll find a glorious king bed and additional seating in front of a large stone fireplace.

If the double vanity area wasn’t enough space to prepare for the day, you’ll also find a small desk turned vanity that is perfect for finalizing your look in the morning.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
