This family-loving home is located centrally in Sunriver, just a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park. Featuring 4 bedrooms plus a bonus loft area, this comfortable home has space for the whole family.

Downstairs you’ll find 2 Ensuite bedrooms, nicely separated for privacy.

The living room has comfortable leather furnishings, a pub-style chess table, gas fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen makes cooking for the whole group a breeze and features a spacious island for ample counter space. Cleaning up is a breeze too with dual dishwashers! Off the kitchen is a half bathroom that leads out to the hot tub area.

Bedroom 1 is a queen ensuite bedroom with attached, private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2 is a queen ensuite has cable TV and a DVD player plus a private, attached bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you’ll find the loft with a second gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pub-style checkers table - a great spot for the kids to play games or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are separated by the loft. The upstairs King bedroom is spacious and features a flat-screen TV and adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the other side of the loft, you’ll find a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and queen bed.
