About this property

Modern villa with private pool, close to beach, wine region and great cities

We have just finalised the construction of our villa in Liguria - 20 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from the famous wine areas in Piemonte and an hour to Genoa, Torino or the mountains it’s the perfect spot for your Italy holiday. We have loads of space in the house and a large garden with barbecue, lounging chairs and the beautiful pool make the holiday feel complete. The interior is very modern and light due to the open doors to the terrace. We are very close to cute villages where you find typical Italian bars, restaurants, shops and the weekly market. We hope you will enjoy our house when you stay here!

Sehr schönes, großes, modernes Haus mit Top Ausstattung

In diesem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, schöne moderne Einrichtung, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Punktabzüge bei der Lage: die Straße im Ort und die Schnellstraße weiter oben waren lauter als erwartet, und das Angebot an Restaurants in Plodio und den Nachbarorten hat uns nicht überzeugt.

Wonderful Place

Wir waren acht Personen. Zwei Teenager mit Eltern und vier Grosseltern. Also drei Parteien. Wir konnten uns im Haus wunderbar verteilen und hatten alle genügend Platz. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit Pool und grossem Garten. Auch unser Hund war super zufrieden. Danke Hans und seiner Familie für dieses tolle Haus und das ihr auch immer erreichbar wart.

Einfach schön

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, gut aufgeteiltes und gepflegtes Haus. Die große Wohnküche ist perfekt und es macht Spaß zusammen zu kochen. Obwohl man etwas außerhalb ist, ist man sehr schnell am Meer und im Weingebiet. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im Hinterland Liguriens. Wer die Ruhe sucht und Trubel meiden möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Um an die Ost-/Westverbindung zu gelangen, muss man eine gute halbe Stunde Wegstrecke einplanen. In den Nachbarorten Millesimo und Carcare bekommt man aber das Wichtigste zum einkaufen und ein paar schöne und leckere Restaurants gibt es dort auch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt: schnell, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Seine Tipps waren hervorragend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Der beste erholsame Urlaub

Für uns der optimale Urlaub Ruhe, Pool, top Ferienhaus und ideale Lage. Mit Vermieter eine super Kommunikation, alles hat zu super geklappt. Das war nicht unser letztes Mal. Wer keine Großstädte mag ist da bestens aufgehoben. Super schöne kleine Dörfer. Ideale Umgebung um abzuschalten und Batterien aufzuladen.

What makes this property unique

The location is just perfect - fair distance to the mountains for skiing, close to the rolling hills of Piemonte for wine and bike rides, and a stone throw away from the Ligurian beaches it's the perfect location. We have built the house here because of that, but also to get back to the tranquility of the village were my wife is born - we had the opportunity to build the house completely as per our wishes, and that means a modern style villa with loads of space that fits well into the Ligurian landscape - with all the amenities to have a luxurious and relaxing holiday
