If you need a nice place to stay in downtown Winter Garden, please consider this place. It is the perfect size for a party of 4 and it is conveniently located to downtown restaurant’s. We stayed 8 nights and could not have been happier.

Loved our stay!

We really loved the house and location! It's was very peaceful! The only thing, I wish they had was beach towels for the beach and some extra blankets for my son who choose to sleep on the couch. But all in all we would stay there again!

Chose this property for it's location - walking distance to Plant Street restaurants, farmers market and easy access to West Orange trail for biking and running. The house was welcoming and we had everything we needed for a two week stay. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay here was amazing. Perfect location! House was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. We had trouble with TV, but I think that was on us, we’re not great with our own. Well equipped kitchen.

Awesome home! Great town.

Our stay was wonderful! The owner Mary Ann was very nice. Clean & roomy. We have 2 dogs so the fenced yard was great! Only one small issue with the dryer, but it was taken care of immediately! Winter Garden is a nice town in walking distance. Great Farmers Market. I will definitely rent again! Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely cottage near downtown restaurants

The place was as clean as advertised. We had a very unexpected hostess gift of snacks and a bottle of wine, very thoughtful. I did some remote working on the back porch in the shade,. Overall we will be coming back. New friends from AZ.

That cute yellow house

Needed a small house to stay at for a family occasion. This house fit perfectly. I wish we had more time here! Clean and very comfortable and so many things provided by the host! I’m not used to that when renting a house so brought all my usual things to clean with but didn’t need to open most of them. Had a problem with the tv signal but it was quickly resolved by the host. The tv has good picture and sound. The lights are a little tricky but I figured it out. THe only thing that I’d suggest to the host is to install some kind of handrail on the front porch. The stairs are steep and there’s nothing to grasp for security. Overall our stay was fine! We would like to return in the future

**Overall, good experience. Convenient location to downtown...walkable. Very clean upon arrival. Would we stay again? Probably, as this appeared to be the best option from properties' pictures listed for this locale. **Check-in instructions were little confusing as there were 2 sets of codes to use to access the house. Contacted owner She immediately clarified which code to use. Suggested to her at that time that she change up the website or wherever we found the instructions. **Smoke Alarm was chirping upon arrival. Owner immediately responded and replaced batteries. **Per my spouse, there are little things, like lamps that don't work, not many elec outlets. Lots of furniture for a small space. Advised our owner about the lamps upon leaving property.

We appreciate comments. It's my understanding that one of the two lamps in the main bedroom which also has a ceiling fan/light was not working which we have addressed together with the smoke alarm. Although we do regular maintenance sometimes things do occur during a guests stay that we cannot foresee. When the house was completely remodeled, all electric was redone and we actually had more than the required outlets by the city code installed together with USB chargers. As a Premier Host, I know we can't always wow all our guests but we sure do try our best!

This property was even better than expected! We are local and needed somewhere to go with our dog for a week while our house was being renovated. This home was clean, comfortable and had tons up upgrades and unexpected extras. The beds and pillows were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers, a big fenced back yard, a desk where I could work during the day, the neighborhood is safe and extremely quiet. We are pretty picky with where we stay and I would stay here again. Definitely recommend for smaller families, especially those with a dog.

Great location / Needs attention

The house smells like pets really badly. Lots of hair on the rug. I tried their first vacuum and it was so full it made it worse. Second vacuum was full but I emptied it. I nearly filled it up again after vacuuming. Some of the lamps don’t work. Cable box doesn’t work. Dishwasher tripped the breaker and we were without until I figured out what happened.. We like the decor of the house and the location and the bed was comfortable but the issues we had made it tough on us.

Jon, I wish you would have advised on having issues with the Cable in order to resolve. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, etc. apps and as is common with remote, the source button is hit to switch back and forth from WIFI TV to Cable. We will make sure to include that in future instructions. We do allow pets in our rentals and although we did not notice a pet odor after cleaning crew and prior to check in, I know that some people may be more sensative to pet smells. The majority of the house are wood floors which are mopped and sanitized with each cleaning and we have the rug steam cleaned and air filter changed with each pet visit. Thank you for making us aware of one of the two lamps in the main bedroom not working. Take care

Perfect 'old Florida' feeling!

I grew up in Winter Garden and stayed at this property with my son to be near by my family who still live locally. The property itself was meticulously renovated and is even better than pictured. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It felt like a home away from home, perfectly decorated with a nod to old Florida and Winter Garden. The road was perfectly quiet. The host was amazing, even letting us stay an extra night very last minute as the accommodation we were moving onto fell through. We loved staying there and will be booking it again when we come back to visit family in future!

This will save you research time!

Location is almost unbeatable. Very close to Downtown Winter Garden (walking distance), but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. Everything is neat and clean (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen outdoors, and parking area). A huge pet friendly fenced in backyard is included with a large deck to enjoy. We were in the process of buying and selling our home locally and this house sets up perfect for those who need a few nights or a few weeks between home. Did not disappoint.

Great place to stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would be returning if my daughter wasn't moving from the Orlando area in the near future. The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The host was more than accommodating. It was an easy walk to the main Winter Garden eating and shopping area. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to slightly get away from the hustle and bustle.

Nicely furnished and decorated home. Quiet neighborhood.

Property needs some overall outside sprucing up. Curb appeal could be better. We left 2 days early partly because the tv and wi fi networks were problematic. Not strong signals and very hard to operate for someone who doesn't have that type of system at home.

Nancy's party were respectful of our home and left early without communicating that to host. I am sorry to hear about your issues with connecting to wifi after providing guest with wifi code. We have separate cable and internet/wifi as we know this is important to guests. Cable Box and WIFI is with Spectrum which is the majority of service here. I wish this issue would have been communicated that they were still having issues with connecting as we would have contacted the cable company right away or assisted with any troubleshooting to resolve.

Nice stay

Clean, cozy, convenient and relaxing home. Big yard and nice neighborhood. Town square is 5 minutes from the property. Communication was easy, check in was a breeze, anything we needed was available. Would definitely stay here again!
