2 room apartment located on the 1st floor in an autonomous building, with direct access to the courtyard.
The cottage, completely renovated in the style of aviation of the 30s, includes a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with table, coffee table, television, sofa ... and a fully equipped kitchen area.
The private bathroom includes toilet, shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hair dryer ...

Our domain is located in Rou, small peaceful village of the Loire Valley, 7 km from Saumur.
At the heart of our village, built in white stone typical of the region '' the tuffeau '', our property includes a main house and various buildings dating from the 16th century, including a bread oven, wine cellars troglodyte, a old press ... You also benefit from a vast closed garden.
Each of our rooms has been totally renovated in 2017 and has all the facilities of comfort (equipped kitchen, dishwasher ...). The 2 main lodgings are classified 4 * (in configuration 2 people).
The heated swimming pool and the games room are at your disposal to relax in a haven of peace and in a privileged setting.

A great time in Loire with a pool and wine cellar

The vacation home is great and has everything you need. The pool is a nice 27 degrees. From there you can also enter the caves for a refreshing cooldown.

Our stay with jp and Michelle Was a memory to savour. The whole place was just beautiful our hosts answered every thing we needed to know. They made us feel like family and we felt like we knew them absolutely memorable. Saumur is a beautiful area and the wine tino pai. Mean very good in Maori. The caves in the property were a picture. Jp gave us a taste of his white wine from his cave yum double yummy.so I bought a couple off him. Hopefully Michelle had a nice birthday. So greatful to have stayed in your beautiful retreat you have done so much too it in 2 years too make it homely. Merci. Ka nui te pai tou whare Cath and edric

A small but bijou apartment in a charming setting. The owner could not be more accommodating.

A lovely development with all necessary amenities. There is the history and peacefulness and close proximity to shops and of course the Loire itself. The owner is most helpful and could not be more welcoming. The best recommendation is that we would return.

A superb gem of a place to stay

I would highly recommend this holiday property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this property again when we return to the region. Jean Phillipe and Michele were excellent hosts and made us very welcome, they were extremely helpful and allowed us free run of the grounds allowing us to pick the grapes off the vines and tomatoes from the garden. The pool is super and warm, the games room is well equipped with a range of games and toys for youngsters to play with. It's great exploring the grounds, the caves, the out buildings and the garden but children would need supervising as they should be anywhere. We would like to say a very big thankyou to Jean-Phillipe and Michele for making our short break enjoyable.

Peaceful relaxation

We came on a family holiday - husband, wife and two daughters aged 5 and 4. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, playing in the games room and eating outside on the terrace. Jean-Phillipe and Michele made us very welcome. The property is charming and well presented with all you need. It was so nice here that we didn’t manage to do or see much of Saumur or the local attractions.
