About this property

Charming cottages near Saumur and Cadre Noir

Our estate is located in Rou, a small peaceful village in the Loire Valley, 7 km from Saumur.
In the heart of our village, built in white stone typical of the region "the tuffeau", our property includes a main house and various buildings dating from the 16th century, including a bread oven, troglodyte wine cellars, a old press, reception hall ... You also benefit from a large enclosed garden.
Each of our rooms was completely renovated in 2017 and has all the comfort amenities (fitted kitchen, dishwasher ...). The 2 main lodgings are classified 4 * (in configuration 2 people).
The heated swimming pool and the games room are at your disposal to relax in a haven of peace and in a privileged setting.

Idéal pour détente proche Saumur

Très beau domaine bien rénové , l’espace piscine est particulièrement appréciable. Les couchages en lits-canapé ne sont pas idéals mais confortables. Très bon séjour.
