3 bedroom, level lot with the building close to the water with a sandy bottom, gradual entry. Family friendly, quiet area, spectacular boathouse roof-top deck. 10 minutes to either Haliburton or Minden. Haliburton art school nearby. Canoes, Kayaks, paddle boat available. 2 marinas on the lake have boat rentals. TV, satellite, internet, good cell service. Bedrooms are Queen, Queen and bunks plus pull out double. Available for Saturday to Saturday rentals only. MAXIMUM 1 DOG PER RENTER, unless specifically discussed and approved. Propane barbeque with 1 full tank of propane is located conveniently on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need and more to make delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table, the rooftop deck, the dock or even inside at the table.

We have two cottages on large lots with a total of 4 acres; you may see us next door at our home. We have been renting to guests for 10 years and have had great feedback from our guests - and many repeat renters. We spend a lot of time in the Haliburton Highlands and enjoy the out doors.

Why they chose this property

Very comfortable, 2 living rooms - kids can be watching TV in one and the parents can be in the other living room (ignoring the TV). Outdoor dining area set up for the ultimate cottage dining experience. Waterfront is a sandy bottom, shallow entry. Shallow dives possible (about 6 ft of water) off the end of the dock.
