Quiet neighborhood, very well appointed home. Convenient location for exploring surrounding attractions and natural wonders. Pagosa Springs is very friendly and food selection is excellent. Would gladly return to this property and area again. Superior location for family gatherings and celebrations.

This house is amazing. Plenty of room and no one ran out of something to do. The theater room is perfect! The mountain view is beautiful. The entire family can't wait to stay here again.

Amazing location for our fr8end reunion! The house was great for 7 adult, 6 kid group. Would recommend! No AC, but fans helped. If really sensitive to heat, prime summer may not be best for you, but our group was pretty comfortable!

The property was as discribed. The check in processes was clear and the property was very clean. The only concern we had was none of the electronic recliners were plugged in due to no additional outlet space. Surge protectors would solve this. Other than that the property was great and would deffently stay again

Wonderful property!

Our family of 11 had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home! Fantastic views and accommodations, close enough to town and also to hiking, waterfalls, and lots of nature. We made wonderful memories here playing games, pool, shuffleboard, watching movies and just being together!

Cozy Mountain House

This was a very comfortable cozy mountain house. Wonderful views and easy drive to Wolf Creek. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Great time in Pagosa Springs

This property was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone with great accommodations. Only thing was the hot tub seemed potentially a little over chlorinated (nothing that stopped us from using it) and the place got a little warm in the afternoons. Luckily all the provided fans kept the place nice and cool for mid July!
