Ecological villa with breathtaking 180 degree sea view in Koh Samui, Thailand
A car with a minimum power of 2 liters is necessary to drive up the mountain to Perfect Villa At 200m altitude. Otherwise in scooter of 150cc without problem.

Breathtaking sea and mountain views from the top of Chaweng. Only 7 mins drive to main road and Lotus/Tesco shopping center and 15 minutes drive close to town center and Chaweng beaches. Large terrace with barbecue area. Villa respectful of the environment: powered by solar panels, salt water swimming pool (without chlorine), recycled rainwater, small organic garden with natural essences surrounded by mountainous rocks and wild forests.

Here is why this place is awesome

The location is great with peaceful views and easy access to the best hidden gems of the Island. The host, Marc is simply your best friend when you visit there for the first time like the tenth time. He knows the whole island so well and makes such a difference. The place is brand new, very well designed for awesome memories for coupkes or small family. Un endroit a decouvrir, un havre de paix avec un Super Host inoubliable.

Magnifique villa moderne neuve, décorée avec goût, super bien équipée. Le propriétaire est sensible à l'écologie et très sympathique Je retiendrais la vue à couper le souffle de la terrasse et de la piscine J'ai déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine Y aller sans hésitation, je recommande!

Villa parfaite , avec vue mer incroyable d'en haut, a seulement 15 minutes de voiture de la plage et du centre d'activité nocturne, unique et très pratique! / really perfect villa with incredible sea view from the top, at 15 minutes drive only from the beach and the center of night life. very unique and convenient.
