Property was very clean and adequately described. Our group of 12 with 4 kids enjoyed all of the amenities with the house! The owner was so easy to communicate with and the entire process was from check in to check out was easy!

Although our stay was short, we had a wonderful time! This property surpassed our expectations. It had the best stocked kitchen we have experienced, and the recreational equipment can't be matched. Chuck was extremely helpful in giving us hints for enjoying Hill City, and pointing out the features of the house. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids and the 12 of us had plenty of room to relax. We hope to return there again in the future for a longer stay.

Beautiful Home! Back patio has a beautiful view to the a valley where we enjoyed watching the deer come down every evening. Overall everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect for our stay. It was very well stocked, and had everything you could possibly need. The host was easy to work with and was available to answer any questions that we may have had. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in South Dakota again.

Absolutely amazing place with the best host! Met us at the property to show us around, along with sharing some of the great places to eat & visit. Great location - close to all the “must see’s” South Dakota has to offer. Will definitely be back!

The house is a beautiful house. Clean and comfortable. Floyd made sure we were comfortable and all checked in. We had a miner thing that needed repair. He took care of it immediately. Hot tub was great after biking and hiking. Trail right behind the house. Helped out when we had a bike issue. Totally recommend staying here.

Beautiful home nestled in the hills. The property was perfect for a family getaway with plenty of space for the eight of us with room to spare. The amenities were plentiful and the property owner was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

This was a family trip with 4 small children and the home was perfect for us. It was easy to keep clean because of the spacious size. Chuck was the perfect host and would text to make sure we had what we needed. Once the kids were in bed the adults could visit on the deck! This was my first experience with VRBO and thanks to Chuck and his beautiful home, we will use them again.

A great property and a great location for us four over-70 siblings and our families for a long-delayed reunion. Centrally-located in the Hills, we woke each day and cooked breakfast for a large crew in the well-appointed kitchen, then did our tourist things the rest of the day. Also, a great property to come home to after driving around the Black Hills, to rest and recap our daily events. Highly recommended. Host manager Chuck was excellent as well - friendly and with good advice for local shopping/dining/etc.

Such a FABULOUS home for our family get together in the Black Hills! The location in Hill City is perfect and it has ALL the amenities that a family (8 of us) could want... hot tub, pool table, foosball table, game room, 5 bedrooms and a FABULOUS covered porch on the main floor! Chuck is a WONDERFUL host and had firewood ready for us, responds quickly to questions and makes the check in fast and easy! If you're looking for a FANTASTIC place for your Black Hills vacation... THIS IS IT!!!

Perfect location for exploring all the areas around Custer State Park. The house is located in a very nice area with the bike trail right there. Would definitely stay here again.
