Relaxing oceanfront studio on the beach

Enjoy panoramic, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai, while watching whales (seasonal) breach out of the water, sea turtles and fish swimming by and enjoy breath taking beautiful sunsets!
Experience the time of your life in this spacious, clean studio unit. Located at the Maui Kai Condominium, 106 Kaanapali Shores Place Unit 407, Lahaina, HI 96761 on the north end 4th floor. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite specialties or you are walking distance from local markets, food trucks and nice restaurants. The bed is a very a comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom shower and sink have great water pressure and bath towels and beach towels are provided. The lanai has sliding windows to close up in stormy weather or opened up on our normal trade wind weather days for the Hawaiian natural air conditioner. Close up the Unit to make the house A/C to work great! All the comforts of home at low rates all year round. Only steps away to the long sand beach below with snorkeling, surfing and beach activities, so truly live your paradise dream and make this your Hawaiian second home!

Loved this place so much! The view is unbeatable, best sunsets ever, nice beach right next to the condo. Also several food trucks and the best coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee) near by. We left and spent another 10 days in Kauai, but I honestly wish we would have just soent the whole time here! Really hooe we get to come back some day!

The condo was great and the location was amazing! The view was gorgeous! Condo was well stocked but would have appreciated more than one towel and washcloth per person since the washer and dryer were outside down the hallway. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect comfortable and clean! Great location close to everything in Lahaina/Kaanapali The view is absolutely beautiful!! We left the sliders open and listened to the waves crashing below us every night. Can’t wait to come back soon and book the same room!

The unit was very clean and the bed comfy. Our only ding would be that the cushions on the chairs in the room were pretty uncomfortable and that’s not a deal breaker. Having the ocean practically in our lap was amazing. We had everything we needed. The pool area was nice too.

Magical Maui

The view this place provides is worth every penny! The place is just a couple of blocks from anything you could need including world class beaches. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to have a love seat or recliner chairs for old bodies to put our fear up chorale.

We enjoyed all the amenities Maui Kai offers. The view, the view, the view!!! The shower was very nice and the AC worked great. It would be perfect with window coverings and more comfortable seating to enjoy the wonderful view.

Cute little condo situated RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. You literally open the huge sliding windows and the ocean is immediately below you - it’s awesome. Lots of whales breaching in the distance this time of year and just down the street from the food-truck court. Great location!

35th Anniversary Trip

Our stay was amazing. I booked this place to celebrate our 35th anniversary and it did not disappoint. The views are one of a kind. Having the windows open and listening to the ocean was amazing. Seeing the sunset each night from our room as simply the best. Everything about this place is top notch. Location and views are once in a lifetime and I can't recommend this location enough. Beautiful location

Great location. Property is a little run down that being said the view on this property is A plus. The beach is right out the door on floor 1 turn right or left and you're there. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing and many rainbows. The kitchen is well equipped. Food store and shopping close by. I know I will be staying here again. Neal was a pleasure to work with.
