This Elegant Townhouse is located close to Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany's exclusive Versilia coast, 30 to 60 minutes drive away to the most famous Tuscan towns (Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, …).The Townhouse is only 250 meters away from a nice sandy beach. Unobstructed and impressive views of the Mountains (Alpi Apuane) from the terraces.
Our “nonsmoking” home is your home. The place is all yours and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. We try to run as green as possible with respect for the environment, so others will continue to be able to enjoy this part of the world. With all this, the only caveat is that you treat it with the utmost respect as we would do with your home.You will access to the living space via a flight of stairs that leads to the first floor directly into a large living/dining area equipped with nice furniture, a flat screen TV, and a large wooden dining table for 8 -10 people. For more privacy the two separate sleeping areas are distributed by a closed vestibule. 3 large bedrooms with flat screen TVs in 2 of them. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one equipped with a massage jet and steam. The Master bedroom is equipped with infrared heaters to practice hot yoga (or regular yoga).
The refined kitchen is spacious with abundant closets and new modern appliances. It offers a direct and very convenient access to the first terrace, fully equipped with a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a dining table accommodating 6 to 10 people. Just seat, relax and enjoy your “al fresco” dinner. The second terrace is accessible through external stairs and is equipped with a Jacuzzi (3 people) with a low table and 2 deck chairs.
Perfectly located just 5 minutes from shops and a nice supermarket it is as well at walking distance to a Private tennis club and a skate park. Great opportunities to combine visits inland (San Gemigniano, Siena, Arrezzo and Volterra) and by the sea (Cinque Terre, Elba Island great beaches).
