Please note: bedrooms will be opened up according to number of guests, see details in 'number of guests' section below. Guests will always have exclusive access to the property (no sharing with other guests).

The location:
• 8 min walk from Folkestone Central station with high speed train links into Central London (55 min to London St Pancras)
• 5 min drive from Channel Tunnel
• 15 min drive from Dover Port
• 35 min drive to Canterbury & under an hour to Broadstairs, Margate, Whitstable and Deal
• 5 min walk to Tesco supermarket & cafes, pubs and take-aways
• 12 to 15 minute walk to town centre, harbour arm and sand/pebble beaches
Number of guests:
The rate advertised is for up to 2 guests sharing a double room and having exclusive access to the rest of the house, i.e. lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and garden.
Additional guests will be charged an additional fee per head and are allocated per double rooms, i.e.:
- for up to 2 guests you will have access to 1 double room (plus rest of property),
- for 3-4 guests you will have access to two double rooms (plus rest of property),
- for 5-6 guests you will have access to 3 double rooms (plus rest of property).
Depending on the number of guests staying we will keep the other bedrooms closed to ensure we can keep the cleaning fee low.
- If you don't want to share a room with your co-guests please let us know and we can open up additional rooms at an extra one-off charge to cover the additional cleaning and change of bedding. There are a maximum of 3 double bedrooms in total so you can decide upon the best set up and let us know your wishes.
- You will never share with other people than those your are booking for.
Parking:
Due to newly introduced parking restrictions we will ask you to share your car details so we can book a visitor permit for the duration of your stay.
With the permit you can park in all the adjacent roads marked as Zone F1.
Please note that a parking spot cannot be guaranteed as it is 'on street resident parking'. We will cover the parking for one car, any additional cars will be charged at £4 a day (please make us aware so we can purchase an additional permit accordingly).
