- an open well-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, oven, micro-wave, hotplates, fridge, dish-washer),

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

Two steps away from Quartier latin, you will be at the heart of the intellectual and cultural Paris, in the universities, theaters and literary cafés area. Numerous activities will be accessible on foot, and you will have the choice between a lot of museums, restaurants, or just to stroll around the beautiful Luxembourg garden, situated in front of the building. You will be able to access to the Panthéon in 5 min on foot, to Luxembourg museum in 10 min and you will have a theater at the foot of your building. Saint-Jacques street will delight you with its numerous restaurants, we advise you among others Le Risalé traditional restaurant.
