Second floor large condo with lakeside view. Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Stylishly decorated and recently updated. Includes connected private garage, washer/dryer, fully equipped Kitchen with adjacent Dining room. A separate den for reading and entertaining. Also a large private balcony to take in the stunning daily sunsets over the 47 acre lake. Master bedroom has a king bed with walk in closet and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with secluded access to second full bathroom. Internet, Cable and Electric Included. Tenants have access to development heated pool, sauna, tennis courts w/ pickle ball and gym. 3 mile paved bike/jogging trail and 1 mile leisurely walk/drive to Starbucks coffee, restaurants and shopping. Only 4.2 miles to the amazing Naples beaches and fabulous 5th street in downtown Naples Florida. Very quiet and relaxing space.

Crown Pointe: Naple’s Hidden Gem

Besides wonderful sunsets, Crown Pointe Lake is a birders paradise. The owners of the condo have been very inviting and responsive. The location is a short distance to all that makes Naples so enjoyable. Thank you!

The condo was exactly as described. The lake view was fantastic. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and lake activity. This was a quiet and restful location. The neighbors were friendly . Wonderful Lake Front Condo

This condo located on the large Crown Pointe lake is in the middle of Naples and is a bird lovers paradise. This second story condo is well maintained. The owners communication is prompt and courteous. The neighborhood is friendly and location quiet. Our three month stay exceeded expectations. Thank you!

HIGHLY Recommend - 5 Stars - Great Hosts - Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Pointe! The condo was spotless, well furnished, well equipped, quiet and peaceful with great lake views. The location is perfect for short trips to 5th Ave in Naples, Olde Naples or Marco Island. Robert and Lylliam were very accommodating. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Beautiful and comfortable

We highly recommend this property. The owner communicated well and made sure we had everything we wanted. The decor was exceptionally nice, with great furnishings, linens, towels, and kitchenware. The development was quiet and the people we met - socially distanced - were friendly. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai enjoying watching the birds wading and diving into the lake, and the colors of the sunset. We decided to buy our own condo. Otherwise, we would definitely have wanted to go back to this one.
