A spacious living room with 2 sofas, a small office and a television. 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a large Italian shower and a toilet. It has an outdoor space with a garden and a children's corner. Quiet house close to the sea (3km) and all amenities (cinema, shops, bus stop, restaurants) within 500m. Several activities possible in the area, walks to many beaches, an aqualand, a Luna Park, as well as historical sites (Museum of the Ephebe; Cathedral Saint-Etienne d'Agde).
