The Hauts de Baldy residential park, located on Mont Saint Loup (Agde), comprises 20 fully-equipped, air-conditioned wooden chalets, combining comfort and practicality. The chalets are set in a peaceful pine forest, with views over the Etang de Thau and Sète in the distance.
The privileged location means you can reach the first beaches and the Port of Cap d'Agde in just 5 minutes by car, and enjoy mountain biking, hiking or jogging in the surrounding vineyards and forest.
The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool (depending on the season), a relaxation area, a children's playground and games room, and a petanque area.
We also provide our guests with free electric barbecues in each chalet, a table tennis table and table football, and for those who want to keep fit, a gym with treadmill, elliptical bike, weight bench, etc.
Our estate is a haven of peace for families and seniors looking for peace, tranquillity and nature.
We have 2 types of chalet:
- the Tahoe, 30m2 for up to 4 people: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and one with bunk beds.
- the Valley, 35 m2 for up to 6 people: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and one with 2 single beds.
Cleaning to be carried out on departure or possibility of taking the cleaning package: €60.
Pets allowed (one maximum) on a lead on the estate: €100 per stay.
Sheets and towels not provided but can be hired on request when booking.
Possibility of renting by the night (2 nights minimum) and arriving any day of the week from 30 March to 20 July and from 21 September to 10 November.
From 20 July to 21 September, only weekly rental (or fortnightly: 10% discount) and arrivals from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

Très bon séjour
Une semaine très agréable. Le cadre est parfait pour celui qui veut être au calme et pouvoir aller profiter des charmes agathois quand ça lui chante. Sophie a été au top. Une hôtesse et un établissement à recommander sans hésitation.

Effectivement le chalet que vous occupiez est celui qui a le plus de vis à vis de par sa situation au bord de l'allée principale mais ce n'est pas le cas des autres chalets qui sont orientés différemment et beaucoup plus arborés. Malheureusement, lors de votre réservation de dernière minute ( la veille pour le lendemain ) c'est le seul qui était disponible. Je comprends que cela vous ait gêné mais vous auriez dû me le dire et vous auriez pu changer de chalet pour la deuxième semaine! Dommage!
