The Hauts de Baldy residential park, located on Mont Saint Loup (Agde), comprises 20 fully-equipped, air-conditioned wooden chalets, combining comfort and practicality. The chalets are set in a peaceful pine forest, with views over the Etang de Thau and Sète in the distance.

The privileged location means you can reach the first beaches and the Port of Cap d'Agde in just 5 minutes by car, and enjoy mountain biking, hiking or jogging in the surrounding vineyards and forest.

The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool (depending on the season), a relaxation area, a children's playground and games room, and a petanque area.

We also provide our guests with free electric barbecues in each chalet, a table tennis table and table football, and for those who want to keep fit, a gym with treadmill, elliptical bike, weight bench, etc.

Our estate is a haven of peace for families and seniors looking for peace, tranquillity and nature.

We have 2 types of chalet:
- the Tahoe, 30m2 for up to 4 people: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and one with bunk beds.
- the Valley, 35 m2 for up to 6 people: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and one with 2 single beds.

Cleaning to be carried out on departure or possibility of taking the cleaning package: €60.

Pets allowed (one maximum) on a lead on the estate: €100 per stay.

Sheets and towels not provided but can be hired on request when booking.

Possibility of renting by the night (2 nights minimum) and arriving any day of the week from 30 March to 20 July and from 21 September to 10 November.

From 20 July to 21 September, only weekly rental (or fortnightly: 10% discount) and arrivals from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

Agréable pont de l'ascension

Écrin de verdure situé sur les hauteurs d'Agde. Camping familial et à taille humaine. Idéal pour être au calme. Les chalets sont propres et bien entrenus. La gérante est accueillante et accessible. Si vous êtes du genre lève tôt, vous aurez l'occasion de prendre le petit déjeuner avec les écureuils.

Super endroit, le camping se trouve hors ville ce qui très bien. Vous êtes rapidement dans les plages, dans un ports, et autres. Jolis petits villages à visiter dans les alentours.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Anlage und die Wohnungen sind sauber. Die Anlage hat einen schönen Pool und einen Spielbereich. Beim Check in hat alles super geklappt und Sophie die uns empfangen hatte war sehr nett und der englischen Sprache mächtig. Ich empfehle diese Anlage weiter und werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Het huisje was netjes net als het park. In de directe omgeving is niet veel te doen, daarvoor moet je met de auto op pad. zwembad is niet heel groot maar prima om even af te koelen. Aanrader voor wie zoekt naar een rustige plek om te verblijven in het toeristische Agde.

Chalet propre situé a 10/15min des plages en voiture La piscine chauffée et propre Proche de la forêt pratique pour promener le chien La nationale passe pas loin donc un peux bruyant parfois Un peu déçu car le tapis de course ne fonctionnait pas, la table de billard est déchiré et il manquait la moitié des boules La clim est très appréciable La gérante est disponible et très sympathique Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Bonjour Virginie Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Il est vrai qu'à la période où vous êtes venus il y avait les "Brescoudos", et donc toutes ces harley font beaucoup de bruits mais aux autres périodes c'est très calme. Par contre, le tapis de course et le vélo elliptique fonctionnent très bien, il fallait juste les mettre en marche en appuyant sur le bouton marche-arrêt ( vous auriez dû me demander, dommage!). Quant au billard, effectivement les enfants ont déchiré le tapis cet été car laissés sans surveillance des parents! C'est navrant! Nous allons en commander un autre. Wir sind nicht so große Fans von Badeorten mit viel Animation. Deshalb ist dieses Objekt etwas außerhalb vom Trubel das Richtige für uns. Man kann mit dem Rad an stille Strände fahren oder eben doch in den Trubel.

Durant un court séjour aux conditions météo impressionnantes d eau, le chalet à répondu à toutes mes attentes et plus. Lovely chalet (but bring your own sheets and towels!)

We had a lovely week in one of the chalets on this site. There are only about 20 chalets in total so the site doesn't feel crowded at all. The kids loved the pool and there is a little kids playground and games room next to the pool. The chalet itself is very nice, and has most equipment you might need. You need to bring your own bed sheets and towels though (apparently it says this on the home away site but I didn't see it) but you can hire them for €10 pp. Sophie (the manager) was really lovely, very friendly and helpful and was available at any time for questions etc and kindly helped us out with sourcing sheets/towels immediately once we realised we should have brought them. The beach is about 10 mins drive away and there's a supermarket a couple of minutes away (although it was always very busy - everyone seems to go on a Sunday morning after arriving on the Saturday ). All in all, a great stay and we would definitely return!

Très bon séjour dans la propriété de Sophie qui est une hôtesse accueillante et chaleureuse.

Sophie et sa famille sont des personnes adorables, souriantes et gentilles. La propriété est très calme avec vue sur la forêt de pinèdes. Les chalets très jolis en bois avec tout le nécessaire, très propre. L'aménagement des jeux et piscine superbe. J'ai passé un excellent moment avec les deux enfants. Je le recommande chaleureusement.
