• Damage deposit: $50 USD pre-authorized on your credit card at check-in; released after departure provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.
• Parking: $10.00 + tax per vehicle per night, on-site.
• Pet fee: $75 nonrefundable for stays of 1–14 nights; $150 nonrefundable for stays of 15+ nights. Maximum 2 pets, 80 lbs or less each. Pet agreement form and vaccination records required at check-in.
