Clean and comfortable private studio in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Perfect location less than 10 mins to Bob Thomas Equestrian Center.

Just what I was looking for! Spacious, clean room with a good bed and clean bathroom. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very nice. I’ll be back!

Concerns

The room had enough size and privacy but lack furnishings that made it good. No adult size chairs or a couch, when you were in the space you had to sit or lay on the bed, they need adult chairs. They also have room for a a dresser to store your close. The greatest concern was the humidity in the room and the black substance on the ceiling. Property should be checked immediately. We loved the location and the suze but the other issues must be addressed before we would recomend the property.

We were only at the property for a brief one night stay. The neighborhood felt safe and the unit was clean and spacious.Even though it was in a residential area, their were restaurants close by. It was just what we needed!

Property was immaculate and the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Good location, especially for Moffitt patients. Would definitely stay again. One suggestion, as a senior, I felt very insecure in the shower. NO grab bars to hold onto, or anywhere to put your washcloth and personal items. Very uncomfortable place
